COVID-19 VACCINATION INFORMATION


KATY INTERNAL MEDICINE ASSOCIATES will not be giving the COVID-19 vaccine. We cannot meet the stringent CDC requirements for cold storage of the vaccine. 

 

Then Where to Get Vaccinated


Please visit the Texas COVID-19 Vaccine Provider Locations map to see providers near you who are offering the vaccine, and be sure to call ahead to see if they have vaccine supply available for you. Locations are receiving limited vaccine deliveries. You may only be able to be placed on a waiting list for future scheduled vaccinations. 


The Memorial Hermann Health System is developing a process for contacting, scheduling and vaccinating Phase 1B recipients. We will be providing them with names and contact information of our Phase 1B patients for them to then contact you for scheduling your vaccination appointment. 


We will keep you informed as provider locations and COVID-19 vaccine availability increases across the area.


This map shows all COVID-19 vaccine providers that have received a shipment of vaccine and includes information submitted by providers when they enrolled.


Not all providers are vaccinating the public or people in all priority groups.


Please contact providers in advance to confirm vaccination location and hours, that they have vaccine on hand, and that you are eligible for vaccination at that site.


Vaccine is available at no charge, regardless of insurance status.
