The Katy Internal Medicine Associates team strives to give you easier access to your health information as well as resources you can use to prepare for your next visit. Therefore, we now offer a new, user-friendly patient portal for your convenience!
Fielding a team of board-certified physicians, KIMA wants the relationship we have with each patient to last a lifetime and ease of access helps facilitate that.
24/7 Access via the Patient Portal
The KIMA portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can get immediate access to lab results, medication lists, and general health information. The portal is also equipped to send messages and appointment requests.

If you are a new patient, you will receive a user name and password after your account has been activated. You will then be able to securely access all your confidential patient files. To login to your existing account, please click here.

Medical Record Requests

We have partnered with MediCopy to fulfill your Release of Information requests. MediCopy is fully HIPAA compliant and adheres to all state and federal regulations concerning release
of medical information.

Patients can request copies of their medical records at no cost, but delivery fees apply for postage, so provide an email address! Please provide an email address on the authorization to expedite the process and delivery method. Records sent via email or to another provider are complimentary. Requests are completed within two (2) business days after receipt by MediCopy.
